Witness in Federal Lawsuit Creates a Deceptive Facebook Profile

The federal star witness in a federal lawsuit filed by [New York] Attorney General Eric Schneiderman admitted in court that she created a fake Facebook page, pretending that she was a pro-life Christian. She did this in order to gather information on and entrap pro-life sidewalk counselors and preachers who appeared in front of the Choices Women’s Medical Center in Jamaica, New York. And, worse than that, we’re going to be talking about the Attorney General because he knew about this particular situation and didn’t seem to have a problem with it.

Mat Staver: Well, this came out during the testimony. This woman ultimately created this fake Facebook [page]. The woman’s name is Pearl Brady. She’s a so-called abortion clinic escort leader. Strongly pro-abortion. And she admitted that she created the fake Facebook profile of a “Shelly Walker” even before the Attorney General’s investigation…
