Victory for “America”

Chief Financial Officer Richard Galanti just announced that Costco has reversed its decision to remove Dinesh D’Souza’s book from its stores.

“America: Imagine the World Without Her,” they claim wasn’t pulled for political reasons, they also claim it isn’t being put back on the shelves for political reasons.

You may remember hearing Costco’s co-founder and director Jim Sinegal, speak at the last Democratic National Convention that nominated President Obama. Of course pulling the book from the shelves had nothing to do with political reasons.

Maybe we should be sending him a thank you note, “America” was at no. 43 on Amazon. before Costco’s stunt. And now, Amazon ranks D’Souza’s book, “America,” at number one.
