Trump to Use Executive Order to End Anchor Babies

The 14th Amendment was passed by Congress in 1866 and ratified by the states in 1868.

Section 1 states:

“All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside…”

This provision in the 14th Amendment has been abused for years by illegal aliens so they can stay in the US once they have a child that is born here.

These babies are referred to anchor babies because they allow illegals to put their anchor down here in the US.

Earlier this week, President Donald Trump said he is preparing an executive order to change part of the 14th Amendment to stop anchor babies from establishing citizenship.

Fox News – President Trump said in a newly released interview he plans to sign an executive order ending so-called “birthright citizenship” for babies of non-citizens born on U.S. soil — a move that would mark a major overhaul of immigration policy and trigger an almost-certain legal battle.

Birthright citizenship allows any baby born on U.S. soil to automatically be a U.S. citizen.

The policy, which stems from a disputed but long-recognized interpretation of the 14th Amendment, has given rise to what Trump considers abuse of the immigration system. Trump told “Axios on HBO” that the U.S. is the only country in the world “where a person comes in and has a baby, and the baby is essentially a citizen of the United States … with all of those benefits.”

Despite Trump’s claim, the U.S. is not the only nation to have birthright citizenship, but the policy is rare outside of the Americas. Trump called birthright citizenship “ridiculous” and said that “it has to end.” …

I knew several families in Arizona that established themselves here in the US solely on the basis of having anchor babies.

Two of the families were third generation living in the US and they still didn’t speak English and lived off of welfare and employers who paid them cash illegally under the table without paying any taxes.

I’ve seen how these anchor baby families have invaded nice family friendly communities, like the one where I used to live, and turn it into a crime infested Mexican ghetto.

The entire area of where I used to live is now too dangerous to drive through or visit and even the stores are all Hispanic with Spanish signs and labels.

It’s time someone stands up, like President Trump, and take action to stop the invasion of our neighborhoods and country by millions of illegal aliens.

If they want to come here, then let them do it legally like our ancestors did.
