Several days ago, Rep. Devin Nunes (R-CA), Chairman of the House Intelligence Committee, announced that he hoped to release all of the witness testimony his committee took during their investigation of the allegations of collusion with Russia on the part of the Trump campaign.
One of the stipulations was that President Donald Trump would order the documents to be declassified.
Such a step is vital for the legal public release of any government information of this kind.
On Monday, President Trump gave that order to have not only the witness testimonies to be declassified, but other major parts of the Russian investigation as well, for reasons of transparency, according to Trump.

White House Press Secretary Sarah Sanders cited “reasons of transparency” for the president’s decision, as well as requests from Congressional investigative committees in a statement confirming the action.

Not only does President Donald Trump continue to declare his innocence of any collusion, but is keeping his promise of transparency, a promise that Obama rarely, if ever kept.
Trump also took to Twitter, as he often does, to declare that the Mueller investigation was illegal from the beginning and should never have take place.
His readiness to make documents pertaining to the investigations and FISA warrant, public should speak to his character and innocence, unlike the constant hiding behind secrecy that was rampant in the Obama administration.
Many believe that it’s time for Mueller to either put up with what evidence he has or shut up and close the wasteful spending of taxpayer money.
