Trump Says Dems Trying to Destroy NRA

There is no doubt that the NRA has been a powerful lobby group that has worked hard to protect the Second Amendment rights of the American people.

When Democrats attacked the NRA and blamed them for the Parkland school shooting, instead of hurting the NRA, it helped to increase their membership and donations.

One of the goals of the Democrats (who are really nothing more than America-hating socialists) is to eliminate the Second Amendment so they can disarm the American people.

Hence, the NRA is under increased attacks by Democrats, prompting President Trump say that the NRA is under siege by Democratic officials working to destroy the organization.

Fox News – Trump says NRA ‘under siege’ by Dem officials who want to ‘destroy’ it  – President Trump said Monday that the National Rifle Association — gripping by infighting and turmoil that exploded into public view over the past week — is “under siege” by Democratic officials he alleged are working to “destroy” the organization.

“The NRA is under siege by Cuomo and the New York State A.G., who are illegally using the State’s legal apparatus to take down and destroy this very important organization, & others. It must get its act together quickly, stop the internal fighting, & get back to GREATNESS – FAST!” Trump tweeted Monday morning.

He then urged the NRA, which is chartered in New York, to leave the state.

The president’s tweets come amid upheaval at the organization, with NRA President Oliver North announcing he won’t serve a second term and New York state Attorney General Letitia James pursuing an investigation into the NRA’s finances…

I agree with Trump that the NRA should pack up and leave gun-hating New York and move to a state that honors and protects the Second Amendment.

My recommendations are to move to Texas, since their leadership has been and still is, completely dedicated to protecting the Second Amendment rights of their citizens.

When now Gov. Greg Abbott was Attorney General, he took out adds in some New York newspapers encouraging gun owners to move to Texas, after New York began passing a slew of anti-gun laws.
