Over the past two years, America has seen a number of acts of desperation, extremism and unbelievability.
Students and adults walked out of classes and jobs to whine like little babies when Trump won the election.
Some have turned to civil unrest and violence to push their anti-Trump lunacy.
With the ongoing health issues of 85-year-old Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg, some liberals have turned their hatred for Trump into an almost cult-like worship of Ginsburg and a desire to keep her alive as long as possible.
Liberty Unyielding – Ruth Bader Ginsburg’s failing health has spawned a weird cult-like phenomenon – As noted in this space last July, liberals have become so obsessed with prolonging the life of ailing Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg that some have expressed a willingness to donate their bodily organs should the need arise. The motivation behind these seeming acts of largesse is not so much a devotion to the 85-year-old Ginsburg or her far-left ideals is at is a desire to prevent the “evil” Donald Trump from nominating her replacement.
Unless Trump is impeached, which is highly unlikely, the prospect of a third Trump appointment to the high court is very real. Yesterday Ginsburg missed her first oral arguments ever since being appointed to the bench — a necessity occasioned by a fall in November in which she fractured two ribs.
Questions about the octogenarian’s declining health have led some on the Left to grow impatient with her for not having had the foresight to retire when Barack Obama was still president and could have named her successor. In a rather cold-hearted piece in Mother Jones, reporter Stephanie Mencimer was brutally candid about Ginsburg’s physical and mental condition, writing:…
Currently, there are 4 liberals, 4 conservatives and 1 moderate on the Supreme Court.
Liberals are afraid that if Ginsburg died, Trump would appoint his third justice to the Supreme Court, tipping the scales in favor of conservatives.
They are deathly afraid of having a Supreme Court that rules on the Constitution and rule of law instead of ruling on their personal agenda.
One of the other liberals on the court is 80-year-old Justice Stephen Breyer.
This scares liberals even more to think that Trump would have the opportunity of placing 4 conservatives on the Supreme Court, which would make the court composed of 1 moderate, 2 liberals and 6 conservatives.
