This isn’t Nazi Germany…

Justice Kennedy thinks if you don’t agree with him and his four colleagues on the Supreme Court you should resign.

In response to a question at a public meeting, Kennedy compared his decision to that of the Third Reich. He stated that only three judges had resigned during Nazi Germany, but says he has “great respect” for them. He added, public officials are “bound to enforce the law.”

There are two problems with this answer.

One: the Supreme Court doesn’t have the authority to violate the Constitution to create a new definition of marriage.

And two: This isn’t Nazi Germany.

Instead of everyone in America who disagrees with Justice Kennedy being forced to resign, how about we force Justice Kennedy resign? At
