Vester Lee Flanagan II (known as Bryce Williams) murdered reporter Alison Parker and cameraman Adam Ward on live TV. In a 23-page racist letter sent to ABC News, Williams complained about being “attacked for being a gay, black man.”

Peter LaBarbera, of American for Truth tweeted, “Just imagine the media reaction had an angry white heterosexual reporter opposed to same-sex marriage murdered two homosexual black former colleagues.” LaBarbera added, “We would be in the midst of hate-crime hype like you’ve never seen before.”

“The coverage is antiseptic,” he added, “the media only hypes homosexuality when the homosexual is a victim. If he is a perpetrator, it is downplayed.”
