The Fight for Kim Davis Isn’t Over

While Kim Davis is out of jail and able to serve in her job as the clerk of  Rowan County Kentucky, the battle over marriage is far from over. Liberty Counsel continues to represent Davis free of charge and follow-up with the necessary legal actions.

But there is much more work to do. Citizens are beginning preparations for the legislature next meeting.

Do you know if your state has made religious accommodations for clerks who cannot issue marriage licenses to same-sex couples? The North Carolina legislature passed a law protecting more than 30 clerks in the same position as Kim Davis.
