The official 40+ page FBI report on their investigation into the allegations that have been leveled against Judge Brett Kavanaugh, remain locked up in a room in the Senate chambers.
As much as Democrats wanted to publicly crucify and vilify Kavanaugh, Dianne Feinstein, the ranking Democrat on the Senate Judiciary Committee said she wanted to keep the FBI report confidential and not released to the public.
Many, including myself, believe this is because the FBI report fails to reveal anything questionable about Kavanaugh that would prevent him from serving on the US Supreme Court.
Much to the horror of Democrats, Republicans on the Senate Judiciary Committee did release what is being described as an executive summary of the FBI report.

(Fox News) – Senate Judiciary Committee Republicans released an executive summary of the FBI’s confidential supplemental background investigation into Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh late Thursday, which key swing-vote senators vowed they would continue to review Friday ahead of a major vote on his confirmation.
According to the summary of the report, FBI agents interviewed 10 people and reached out to 11. They focused exclusively on witnesses with potential first-hand knowledge of alleged sexual misconduct by Kavanaugh.
“The FBI provided to the Senate 12 detailed FD-302 reports summarizing their interviews with the witnesses as well as supporting materials cited by the witnesses during their interviews,” the summary reads. Only senators and top aides are being allowed to review the full report in a secure facility on Capitol Hill.
Notably absent from the witness list were any individuals directly related to the allegations of Julie Swetnick, who claimed in a sworn statement that she had witnessed Kavanaugh participating in systemic gang rapes decades ago…
Even if the FBI began their investigation 2 months ago when Feinstein learned of the allegation, and if the FBI had interviewed everyone involved and remotely involved and still found no evidence to use against Kavanaugh, they would still find fault with the investigation as they are doing currently.
The constant Democrat opposition against Kavanaugh is not really a personal issue but one of politics.
The only nominee that would appease Democrats is one like Kagan or Sotomayor, who often base their decisions on political agenda and what they believe the Constitution SHOULD say instead of what it DOES say.
In other words, Democrats would not approve of any good sound judge.
