Through a series of dreams, visions, investigations, and a good dose of Christian apologetics by his former college roommate, Nabeel Qureshi made an amazing journey from Islam to Christianity.

On June 18, 2010, Nabeel and two other Christian missionaries (David Wood and Paul Rezkalla) were part of a group from Acts 17 Apologetics Ministries that were arrested for “disturbing the peace” at the Arab International Festival when they shared their faith with Muslims during a passionate, but respectful dialog.  After two years of litigation, the group was acquitted of all charges, and the city of Dearborn, Michigan was ordered to make a public apology (posting the apology on the city’s website for three years) and to pay them an undisclosed amount as part of a financial settlement.

The Seeking Allah, Finding Jesus: A Devout Muslim Encounters Christianity book description states the following:

Providing an intimate window into a loving Muslim home, Qureshi shares how he developed a passion for Islam before discovering, almost against his will, evidence that Jesus rose from the dead and claimed to be God.  Unable to deny the arguments but not wanting to deny his family, Qureshi’s inner turmoil will challenge Christians and Muslims alike. Engaging and thought-provoking, Seeking Allah, Finding Jesus tells a powerful story of the clash between Islam and Christianity in one man’s heart—and of the peace he eventually found in Jesus.

Since becoming a Christian, Nabeel Qureshi has devoted his life to sharing the Gospel through a ministry of teaching, preaching, writing, and debating.  He is currently a speaker with Ravi Zacharias International Ministries (RZIM).

Nabeel’s life is another extremely powerful demonstration of the fact that God is still on His throne and very active in our world.  During a recent interview (2/14/14) on Bryan Fischer’s Focal Point, guest hosted by Frank Turek, Nabeel described how Muslims are coming to faith in Christ in “droves” through many of the exact same supernatural manifestations that he experienced.

Watch Nabeel’s astonishing testimony and have your heart touched by his story of God’s life-transforming grace.
