School District Under Fire for Christmas Spectacular

Liberty Counsel has offered free legal representation for a school near South Bend, Indiana, that was sued by two anti-religious groups for its constitutional inclusion of religious aspects within a mostly secular Christmas pageant.

If the Concord School District were to censor all religious aspects, that would leave its students, and the audience, with a warped view of Christmas and create religious discrimination against heart of Christmas and the important position Christianity holds in this holiday.

The U.S. Supreme Court has ruled on similar cases and clearly stated that the inclusion of religious and secular Christmas symbols together are completely constitutional.
