School Board Breaks Law to Force Sexual Identity on Kids

A Fairfax Virginia school board is facing a lawsuit for attempting to illegally change the school district’s non-discrimination policy. State law expressly prohibits local governing bodies from adding to or removing protected classes from the state’s non-discrimination policy.

But in defiance of this law and a 2002 opinion from the then Attorney General in Virginia, this county has twice passed additions to the policy, adding sexual orientation and now gender identity.

And we know the current Attorney General in Virginia is in support of this illegal activity. That’s why Liberty Counsel has filed the lawsuit…
