Rep. Devin Nunes Chaired the House Intelligence Committee for 4 years, until Democrats took control of the House in January.
However, Nunes is the ranking Republican on the House Intelligence Committee, which makes him privy to everything the committee learns.
Over the weekend, Nunes told Fox News that he is preparing to send 8 criminal referrals to the Department of Justice and they are all related to the Russia probe and the FISA warrant used to spy on a member of the Trump campaign.

Fox News – Nunes to send eight criminal referrals to DOJ concerning leaks, conspiracy amid Russia probe – House Intelligence Committee ranking member Devin Nunes exclusively told Fox News’ “Sunday Morning Futures” that he is preparing to send eight criminal referrals to the Department of Justice this week concerning alleged misconduct from “Watergate wannabes” during the Trump-Russia investigation, including the leaks of “highly classified material” and conspiracies to lie to Congress and the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA) court.
The dramatic step comes as Republicans have pushed for the release of key documents to uncover the origins of the now-discredited narrative that the Trump campaign colluded improperly with the Russian government. Millions of Americans who still value the Constitution and the laws of the land, are calling for many of those behind the Trump-Russia witch hunt, to be held accountable for their actions, including lying to Congress, the courts, the Americans people and attempting a covert coup to oust President Donald Trump.
Personally, I believe that those involved with the Steele dossier need to face charges.
That includes those in the Hillary Clinton campaign, Democratic National Committee and those at Fusion GPS.
Additionally, Rep. Adam Schiff (D-CA) should also face charges of slander for his continued declarations that President Donald Trump is guilty of colluding with Russia to win the 2016 election.
