Less than three weeks after Target’s decision to allow men in the ladies restrooms and fitting rooms, what do you know, someone took them up on their offer? What a shock.

In Frisco, Texas, last week, a girl in the changing room noticed a man looking into her stall recording her with his cellphone. The man, who is still on the loose–probably uploading the video to the internet–faces felony charges for “invasive visual recording.”
