Barack Obama appointed over 300 federal judges during his 8 years in office.
Many of those judges appear to have been chosen for their willingness to use their benches to push Obama’s anti-American agenda.
These judges have repeatedly decided that they have more power and authority than the President of the United States by frequently trying to block many of Trump’s actions, regardless of how legal those actions are.
In the latest example, US District Judge Jesse Furman ruled that the Trump administration cannot include questions on the next national census, asking about citizenship.
Furman took his place on the district court in February 2012 after being nominated by Obama.
Independent Sentinel – Obama Judge Strikes! Admin Can’t Ask on Census If One’s a Citizen! – An Obama federal judge in the southern district of New York has ruled against the Trump administration’s decision to add a citizenship question to the 2020 census.
The Trump administration can’t ask if someone is a citizen, even though it was done in 1950.
U.S. District Judge Jesse Furman ordered the administration to stop its plans to include the question on forms for the upcoming national head count “without curing the legal defects”, the judge identified in his opinion released on Tuesday.
The Trump administration announced last year that the 2020 census would include a question about U.S. citizenship status. The left likes to call the question “controversial” because they disagree with it…
There can be no legal reason to justify Furman’s action, meaning that he is using his position on a federal court to help protect the 12 million to 20 million illegal aliens currently living in the United States.
An American citizen or legal non-citizen has nothing to hide by answering a question on citizenship.
Besides, if it’s legal for employers to ask, then why not the Census?
It’s time America adheres to the Constitution and take disciplinary actions against judges who misuse their positions to push a political agenda.
The Constitution states they are to serve NOT FOR LIFE, but as long as they are in good behavior.
Ruling on agenda instead of law is NOT good behavior and therefore, per the Constitution, they should be removed from the bench.
