A federal trial in New York has been underway for a week now, and this is the second week of this trial. This is a case in which the New York Attorney General has tried to silence pro-lifers peacefully gathering on a public sidewalk. I’m Mat Staver, Founder and Chairman of Liberty Counsel, joining me is Matt Barber, founder of, and Holly Meade, the Director of Communications for Liberty Counsel.

In fact, in a public statement he said that “in America we cannot have our own viewpoints.” That is essentially his quote that we are not able to have our own viewpoints and that’s his view?
