The New York Times reported that “Over the past two decades, the use of antidepressants has skyrocketed. One in 10 Americans now takes an antidepressant medication; among women in their 40s and 50s, the figure is one in four.”

Many things that seem overwhelming or depressing, but, whether you’re facing bankruptcy, addiction, or loss,  Psalm 31 tells us:  “Be of good courage, And He shall strengthen your heart, All you who hope in the Lord.”

Reach out to those around you with the hope and transforming power of Jesus Christ,

He is famous for making beauty from ashes.
