As liberal as Harvard University has become over the years, they are still considered the top or one of the top law schools in all of America.
Their liberalism is displayed by graduates like Barack Obama and Elizabeth Warren.
Currently, the most prestigious law professor at the Harvard School of Law is the venerable Alan Dershowitz, which according to many has being a political liberal.
Yet, after former FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe revealed that he was part of the DOJ plan to oust Donald Trump from the presidency, Dershowitz says that those actions are clearly an attempted coup d’état.
Fox News – Alan Dershowitz: Ousting Trump via 25th Amendment is ‘clearly an attempt at a coup d’etat’ – Harvard Law professor Alan Dershowitz on Thursday said the Department of Justice’s discussions to employ the 25th Amendment to oust President Trump– if true– amounted to an attempted coup.
Dershowitz appeared on Fox News’ “Tucker Carlson Tonight,” to give his take on former FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe’s descriptions of Justice Department meetings where he said officials discussed ousting the president.
“If [McCabe’s comments are] true, it is clearly an attempt at a coup d’état,” Dershowitz said.
Evoking the 25th Amendment, Dershowitz added, would be a fundamental misuse of its original purpose. He said it was originally “about Woodrow Wilson having a stroke. It’s about a president being shot and not being able to perform his office.” …
If Dershowitz is accurate in his legal definition of the actions of McCabe and his fellow conspirators, then they all could and should be charged with treason against the President of the United States.
However, with William Barr as the new Attorney General, it is doubtful if he will take any legal action against the traitors and they will be allowed to walk away free and clear of some of the highest crimes against the nation that anyone can commit.
If Trump had Trey Gowdy as Attorney General, McCabe and his fellow conspirators would probably already be in jail.
