Kim Davis Triumphs over ACLU’s Class Action Request

A federal judge has now ruled in favor of Liberty Counsel against the ACLU in the Kim Davis case. The ACLU wanted to create a class action lawsuit against Kim Davis.

The reason is, they don’t want their case to become moot. They want the case to be open forever to anyone in the future who might come to Rowan County to obtain a same sex marriage license. In other words, they want the scalp of Kim Davis on the wall and they want the court to continually monitor her actions forever.

But now the judge has rejected that request…
