The Supreme Court just rejected the appeal of the Arkansas Heartbeat Bill protecting babies whose heartbeat can be detected.

The bill was struck down by U.S. District Judge Susan Webber Wright in March of 2014 and appealed to the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals.

This is all the more reason to pass Heartbeat Bills across the Country such as the one that passed the Ohio House of Representatives three times and has been stalled in the Ohio Senate. The Heartbeat Bill has also been introduced in a dozen states including this month in Indiana. I was just contacted by a legislator today to get one introduced in West Virginia.
