With or without the debate on the right and wrong of Bruce Jenner, one thing is certain; there are, and always will be those who cringe at the sight of the gay, transvestite or cross dressing man.
Seeing men as men and women as women is a natural proclivity in our world and no amount of PC, multiculturalism, tolerance or new age thinking will change that. Thought police may be able to fine cake makers, but they have no power over the cake that bakes in each man’s head.
Jenner is seen in a video proclaiming that at last he is free. He says that after making the cover of Vanity Fair magazine he will no longer have to live in a life of lies on a daily basis. According to the Bible and Jesus Christ his lies have just begun and will lead up to a day when he will see that he has been duped by the very one the scriptures calls the “father of lies.” (John 8:44)
Appearing on the cover of Vanity Fair may present a picture to the minds of those who pucker up to the new PC and tolerance, but proclaiming it as a new journey into truth only accentuates the simple, but profound meaning of the paraprosdokian adage that says – “Since light travels faster than sound, some people appear bright – until you hear them speak.”
The confused generation is well prepped but woefully unprepared
Deep lies and the lies that becomes pervasive in any generation take time to root and grow. Simple deceptions are easy and there will always be a Houdini to prove that, but the collective deception that it takes to fool all nations need a generation or two to imbed itself into the psyche of the unwary. Don’t look now, but that generation is already in full swing and is about to bring forth its fruit. (No pun intended)
The lines between reality and fantasy have long ago blurred together in the western world and the new drive for unlimited tolerance and diversity is well underway.
A TV show which sets up a contrived situation where nude men and women run around in a jungle trying to survive while TV cameras follow close behind is an example of the blurring of the difference between reality and pure fantasy. But they call this a “reality” show.
Many of the American Idol type shows are, another example of the middle of the road confusion this generation is walking into. It would seem that if you are not pursuing a college education that the only other way to redeem your life is to become the very best song and dance man around.
The Darwinists have assured this generation that after coming from the apes and baboons of the jungle we are now on the cusp of popping through some wormhole to traipse among the stars. It seems that it is not the missing links between the species that we should be looking for, but the missing brains within the species that we should be trying to locate.
We send our brightest young minds to the secularist covens now passing as college classrooms where laughter can be heard when a discussion of the Bible, faith in God or intelligent design is approached, but then the bell rings. Now they are off to the Greek and Roman mythology classes to discuss gods, goddesses and deities that never existed. More song and dance.
Exactly why the last dictator will be called the antichrist?
The question is often asked; why isn’t the world’s last and worst ruler spoken of in the bible called the anti-Allah or the anti-Buddha? Why isn’t he called the ‘anti-polytheistic deity’ for all the ecumenically minded and diversity crowd?
It is only a level sense of decency and perhaps the sadness that we feel for the secularist that keeps the Christian from laughing at the multicultural and diversity plagued of this generation. But the question of other gods and deities was answered long ago.
See now that I, even I, am he, and there is no god with me: I kill, and I make alive; I wound, and I heal: neither is there any that can deliver out of my hand. — Deuteronomy 32: 39
Simply put there are no other gods. If it were possible that God had an ounce of competitiveness in him, he would be disappointed because there are no other contenders for his job.
Thus the term “antichrist.”
Even the old arch deceiver (Satan) does not refute the singularity of the one God who created heaven and earth, only men are pompous enough for that idea. But although it’s been said thousands of times it bears, yet, one more repetition – the god of this world does not stop short of anything marked ‘religion.’ He is the creator of every religion that excludes the Savior of mankind.
He (Satan) is also called the “thief” (Jn 10: 10) and it is salvation that he intends to steal from as many men as he can. Religion is the most direct and easy path to pull off the heist of men’s souls. A Christ-less religion may have all the trappings, liturgy, ceremony, doctrines and dogma, but if it does not have Christ it cannot produce salvation for any man.
If the natural man is blind where does the ‘un-natural’ man fit in?
There are 24 references to the words ‘natural’ and ‘nature’ in the New Testament. It is well known that all homosexuality and any other forms of perversion are labeled as un-natural by the bible message.
It is interesting that what the bible does label as ‘natural’ is the average work a day, pay your taxes, and raise the kids’ kind of men and women that make up the better part of our world today. Yet, the bible declares that even this majority class cannot discern spiritual things without the help and intervention of the one true God of heaven and earth. To wit:
Which things also we speak, not in the words which man’s wisdom teacheth, but which the Holy Ghost teacheth; comparing spiritual things with spiritual. But the natural man receiveth not the things of the Spirit of God: for they are foolishness unto him: neither can he know them, because they are spiritually discerned. — 1 Corinthians 2: 13-14
It is here that we must ask the question; if the “natural” man cannot see spiritual things what exactly does the “un-natural” man see?
No, Mr. Jenner you have not begun a life of truth, but have fallen prey to the deepest deception of the “father of lies.”
Your life may herald a breakthrough for the spiritually challenged, but at the same time it becomes a lesson to the spiritually discerning of exactly what Christ meant when he spoke the following.
…Verily, verily, I say unto you, whosoever committeth sin is the servant of sin. And the servant abideth not in the house for ever: but the Son abideth ever. If the Son therefore shall make you free, ye shall be free indeed. — John 8: 34-36
