Mohamed Elibiary, a senior Dept. of Homeland Security advisor, recently tweeted that America is “an Islamic country.”

He said this despite the Census Bureau figures that put the Muslim population in America compared to the world’s at less than .2 percent, according to Breitbart.

Mr. Elibiary hasn’t retracted his ridiculous assessment of America. He tweeted: “I said America was an Islamic country not a Muslim country.”

Thankfully he is wrong, otherwise Christians and Jews would find themselves like those in real Islamic countries facing persecution, beheading, and even crucifixion. Is this propagandist the kind of person we want in our Department of Homeland Security? Wasn’t that the same department that called Christians and veterans terrorists?
