Illegal Migrants Sue Trump & DHS For Violation of Constitutional Rights

Over the years, I’ve seen some pretty bizarre lawsuits such as one where a couple sued the state of Arizona for failing to control their wildlife after they were camping by a lake where they were attacked by a mountain lion.

Obviously, the latest federal lawsuit in the news is nearly as bizarre and most likely the result of some socialist Democratic lawyer.

Fox News has reported that a group of the migrants from Honduras who are still in Mexico heading towards the United States, has filed a class action lawsuit against President Trump and the Department of Homeland Security for violating their 5th Amendment rights.

Fox News – A dozen migrants traveling by foot from Honduras to the U.S. to seek asylum filed a class-action lawsuit Thursday against President Trump, the Department of Homeland Security and others, claiming a violation of their due process under the Fifth Amendment.

The Fifth Amendment states that, “no person… shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself, nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law.”

A recent PBS report cited former Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia, who ruled in 1993 case that “it is well established that the Fifth Amendment entitles aliens to due process of law in a deportation proceeding.”

Twelve Honduran nationals, including six children, are listed as plaintiffs in the lawsuit. The suit, which was filed Thursday in the U.S. District Court in Washington, D.C., said it is widely known that Guatemala, Honduras and El Salvador are “undergoing a well-documented human rights crisis.” The lawsuit also claims that the plaintiffs’ right to the Administrative Procedures Act and the Declaratory Judgement Act were being infringed upon…

As for the well-documented human rights crisis, there are two main things that need to be considered.

One is that there are crisis’s occurring all lover the world and the United States cannot afford to take them all in.

US taxpayers are already paying $100 billion a year for illegal aliens (education, health, social services, welfare and extra law enforcement among other costs).

Second, ever since Barack Obama took office, illegals have been taught to claim asylum when there is no real reason.

They have been taught that it is the best way to gain entrance into the US and that it doesn’t matter if they are truly fleeing horrific conditions or not.

Lastly, why should future illegal aliens have any rights here in the United States, other than the right to be detained and deported.

Again, I say that this is the action of anti-American Democrat attorneys.
