Heartbeat Bill Loses by Three Votes on Ohio House Floor

Along with every Democrat eleven Republicans in the Ohio House of Representatives voted to kill the Heartbeat Bill. Even though the vote was 47 to 40 in favor of the bill, it fell 3 votes short of the 50 votes needed for passage

That means we will have to start over from scratch in January for the third time.

What now? Trust God, Thank God, and Praise God. Why?  Because God made a promise to work even this for our good (Romans 8:28).

It’s already begun:  I received a message this morning asking for help to draft a Heartbeat Bill to be introduced in the Oklahoma Senate!

Also, it is better to have a vote and fail, than not to have a vote at all.  Why?  Now we know which Reps are truly pro-life and which ones are not.   And we now know who needs a challenge in the primary elections. So for all those who prayed and helped, and called: Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
