Phill Kline, the former Attorney General of Kansas, has faced multiple lawsuits for his investigation into Planned Parenthood. He has discovered evidence of 166 abortions on girls 14 years old or younger while Planned Parenthood only fulfilled the required reporting on 2 of these girls.

Covering up statutory presumed rape and silencing probable victims of forcible rape or sexual abuse. While Kline began exposing this, he now faces death threats, a full media blitz, and legal proceedings against him that were dominated by numerous procedural violations and political opponents who denied him a full and fair hearing.

This led to his law license being revoked indefinitely. With mounting evidence against Planned Parenthood justifying Kline’s investigation, he is now suing to regain his license.
