Education and privacy should not be mutually exclusive.

Liberty Counsel is asking the Virginia Supreme Court to get involved in the Fairfax County issue.

A district court mistakenly claimed that a male student who was forced to share his school’s bathroom with a girl was not harmed.

The situation was created when the Fairfax School Board blatantly disregarded state law that prohibits a lower government from changing the state’s non-discrimination policy.

This subjected all public school students to unconstitutional violations of their right to education and privacy.
