Hypocrisy appears to be one of the main standard operating procedures for Democrats.
Consider Hillary Clinton’s condemnation of Donald Trump over unsubstantiated accusations of sexual affairs years prior to his running for the White House. If you recall during the 2016 campaign, Hillary Clinton joined the chorus of Democrats who called for Trump to withdraw from the campaign due the allegations against him. She often said that such a person wasn’t fit to be president.
However, a couple decades ago, Hillary Clinton stood up and defended her husband while he was president after it was proved beyond a shadow of a doubt that he carried on adulterous affairs with at least 2 women and that he committed perjury and obstructed justice.
Democrats claim that Donald Trump and his campaign colluded with Russia to influence the 2016 elections, but so far, not one shred of evidence has yet to surface. Yet, evidence has been revealed that indicate the Hillary Clinton campaign and Democratic National Committee colluded with Fusion GPS, a firm with association with Russians, to produce a largely phony dossier on Donald Trump in an effort to prevent him from winning the election.
Democrats and the media have strongly condemned Trump for separating the children of illegal alien parents when they were taken into custody. They made Trump out to be some kind of cruel ogre. Yet, the same procedure of the separation of children from parents was in place during the 8-years of Obama’s tenure in the White House and no one raised a complaint.
Then there are the Democrats who claim to be against training and arming teachers and faculty members, because they don’t want anyone having firearms on campuses, but yet they send their kids to schools who have armed security. What about Democrats who protest for more gun control and against concealed carry of firearms who are accompanied by armed bodyguards.
That brings me to the reaction some congressional Democrats have taken over the unproven allegation that was made about Judge Brett Kavanaugh over something that happened 36-years ago.
Concerning some of those Democrats, Fox News reported:
“U.S. Sen. Mazie Hirono, who told men to ‘just shut up and step up’ in the wake of sexual misconduct allegations against Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh, might have some explaining to do about her campaign cash.”
“Data show that Hawaii’s Hirono has taken money from a fellow Democrat who has admitted hitting his wife.”
“U.S. Sen. Tom Carper’s First State PAC donated $1,000 to Hirono’s political campaign in June, despite the Delaware lawmaker’s confession of abuse.”
“Also receiving donations from Carper’s group was U.S. Sen. Dianne Feinstein, D-Calif., ranking member of the Senate Judiciary Committee, which will decide if Kavanaugh is appointed to the nation’s highest court. Feinstein has received $5,000 from the PAC so far in 2018.”
“Other Democrats benefitting from Carper’s PAC include U.S. Sens. Jon Tester of Montana, Bill Nelson of Florida and Joe Manchin of West Virginia, who’ve received $10,000 each from the PAC this year.”
These hypocritical Democrats need to listen to the words of Jesus in Matthew 7: 1-5, which states:
“Do not judge so that you will not be judged. For in the way you judge, you will be judged; and by your standard of measure, it will be measured to you. Why do you look at the speck that is in your brother’s eye, but do not notice the log that is in your own eye? Or how can you say to your brother, ‘Let me take the speck out of your eye,’ and behold, the log is in your own eye? You hypocrite, first take the log out of your own eye, and then you will see clearly to take the speck out of your brother’s eye.”
