The Second Amendment reads: “…the right of the people to keep and bear arms, shall not be infringed.”
Notice it doesn’t say “shall not be infringed…unless the President doesn’t like it.
Yet the Obama Administration is working to infringe that right — sidestepping Congress — with yet another executive order: this time to make it harder for law-abiding citizens to obtain a firearm.
White House adviser Valerie Jarrett says the president has asked his team to complete a proposal and submit it for his review “in short order.”
Jarrett says the recommendations will include measures to expand background checks—exactly what didn’t work in California to prevent Islamic terrorism. Also look for it to become harder to buy guns at gun shows and online.
