Antifa and Kristallnacht – Will the Lesson Ever be Learned?

This is the 80th anniversary of Kristallnacht (the Night of the Broken Glass) when the Nazis destroyed synagogues and Jewish shops, in a dress rehearsal for the Holocaust.

Two days ago, the stormtroopers of ANTIFA attacked the home of FOX News Host Tucker Carlson. Did we learn nothing from the rise of fascism in Germany? How many times must the lesson be taught?

The brown shirts dressed in black shouted, chanted, made threats, defaced property and banged on the front door so loudly that Carlson’s wife was forced  to hide in her own home.

Outside, the goons chanted: “Tucker Carlson we will fight! We know where you sleep at night.” Later, they Tweeted, “Tonight we remind you that you are not safe either.” If this isn’t intimidation, what is?

The intrepid DC police arrived and confiscated a few signs. No arrests were made. But, not to worry, they’ve announced that they’re investigating the incident as a hate crime. How reassuring.

Like most big cities on both coasts, DC is controlled by the left. Is it a coincidence that these outrages always occur in places like New York, D.C. and Portland, Oregon, where the criminals know the authorities will protect them?

The answer is an executive order making it a crime to demonstrate wearing a mask. Not allowing them to cover their faces helped to break the power of the Klan. The answer is undercover agents.

When crimes like the attack on Carlson’s house happen, federal marshals should be there to nab the perps. Whatever it takes to make that happen, let’s do it.

We have the presidency, the Department of Justice and the Senate. We’re putting constitutionalists on the bench.

How far will we let this go before we begin protecting the innocent? No one thought the Night of the Broken Glass would lead to Auschwitz.

Don’t wait until they show up at your doorstep.

EDITOR’S NOTE – Here is a more detailed description of Kristallnacht, taken from History, com:

“On November 9 to November 10, 1938, in an incident known as ‘Kristallnacht”, Nazis in Germany torched synagogues, vandalized Jewish homes, schools and businesses and killed close to 100 Jews. In the aftermath of Kristallnacht, also called the ‘Night of Broken Glass,’ some 30,000 Jewish men were arrested and sent to Nazi concentration camps. German Jews had been subjected to repressive policies since 1933, when Nazi Party leader Adolf Hitler (1889-1945) became chancellor of Germany. However, prior to Kristallnacht, these Nazi policies had been primarily nonviolent. After Kristallnacht, conditions for German Jews grew increasingly worse. During World War II (1939-45), Hitler and the Nazis implemented their so-called ‘Final Solution’ to the what they referred to as the ‘Jewish problem,’ and carried out the systematic murder of some 6 million European Jews in what came to be known as the Holocaust.”

After reading this, you need to realize that the Democrats are the ones who have been anti-Israel and pro-Palestinian and they are the ones who also refuse to condemn the violence of Antifa. They say that history tends to repeat itself and it seems that given the chance, Democrats will do just that
