A Brooklyn teen was arrested by police Sunday for an emoji-riddled Facebook post.

Police arrested Osiris Aristy for a Facebook post that allegedly threatened police, the New York Post reports. When the police searched Aristy’s home, they found marijuana and a .38 caliber Smith and Wesson.

Aristy allegedly posted two Facebook statuses on Jan. 15 that threatened police, the New York Daily News reports. One post said “N—- run up on me, he gunna get blown down,” followed by an emoji of a policeman with guns pointing at him.

Another Facebook post had a similar theme:

Trending: NBC’s Transgender Attacks Bradlee Dean &; Alex Jones by Playing the Victim

Osiris

Aristy’s other posts, all with a high emoji to character ratio, mostly talk about smoking.

The criminal complaint said the posts made police fear for their safety. Aristy was charged with making terroristic threats, aggravated harassment and drug and gun charges.
