After three years of prison and torture, now Pastor Saeed Abedini is free from Iran and has returned to America to reunite with his family.

He went to Iran to help build a government-approved orphanage, but because he had converted from Islam to Christianity, he was picked up off a bus and condemned to eight years in prison.

Millions prayed, lobbied, and demanded his freedom as an American citizen.

We rejoice with the many groups and organizations that fought for his release. Pastor Saeed was a strong witness in the prison, evangelizing the guards and fellow prisoners during his incarceration and abuse.
