For the past two years, many of the Democrats who have declared they are running for the White House in 2020, have been obnoxiously loud in their accusations against President Donald Trump, claiming that he should be removed from office because of his collusion with Russia.
They so believed the lies spun by Christopher Steele, which were paid for the Hillary Clinton campaign and the Democratic National Committee, that they already had Trump guilty and the rope ready to hang him for his alleged crime.
Now that the Democrats’ bulldog Special Counsel revealed that there is no evidence of collusion with Russia on the part of Donald Trump nor members of his campaign, those same obnoxiously loud voices have fallen fairly silent.
- Democrats running for office in 2020 are silent on special counsel Robert Mueller’s completed report.
- Many Democrats have already claimed Trump colluded with Russia, despite Mueller’s findings.
- The 2020 Democrats contacted were all given a deadline, with plenty of time to respond.
Democrats running for president in 2020 would not answer questions regarding the results of special counsel Robert Mueller after multiple inquiries from The Daily Caller News Foundation.
Mueller, who submitted his completed report on Russian interference in the 2016 presidential election Friday, did not find any collusion between President Donald Trump’s campaign and Russia.
“The Special Counsel’s investigation did not find that the Trump campaign or anyone associated with it conspired or coordinated with Russia in its efforts to influence the 2016 U.S. presidential election,” Attorney General William Barr’s letter states…
A former US senator once told me that politics is a lot like fighting Indians back in the old west.
He said that when the Indians would retreat, it didn’t mean you beat them.
What it usually meant is that they were regrouping to prepare their next attack and that’s what political opponents usually do when you think you’ve beat them.
Following that wise advice, one can only assume that the silence of the 2020 Democrats is not a sign of defeat, but a sign that they are trying to prepare the strategy for their next attack.
