Justice Parker at the Alabama Supreme Court wins a victory in Federal Court. We’re going to be talking about it on Faith and Freedom.
Mat Staver: Well, we’ve mentioned before on this program, and if you receive our Liberty Alerts and press releases you will also have been able to follow the issue. But, the Associate Justice, Tom Parker, sits on the Alabama Supreme Court. He is someone who loves the rule of law, takes much time and effort to research the history of law, and the intent of the Constitution and the statutes and laws that he is interpreting as a justice.
Well, he has become the target, or was a target of the Southern Poverty Law Center, because he spoke out on a radio program with regards to the Supreme Court of the United States opinion in 2015 over the matter of marriage.
They [the SPLC] filed a complaint against him. The Judicial Inquiry Commission notified him of the complaint and they were pursuing an investigation, Matt.
We then filed a federal lawsuit…
