Strip Club Owner Hit with Attorney’s Fee of Over $55,000

A strip club owner is now hit with an attorney’s fee award of over $55,000. We’re going to be talking about this case on Faith and Freedom.
Mat Staver: Matt, this case is involving a strip club, and the owner of the strip club. His name is Tyrone Butler. On July 31, 2013, the owner of the strip club in St. Helena Parish, in Louisiana, he filed a lawsuit against Pastor Sandberg — Reverend Sandberg — and his organization, the Moral Alliance of St. Helena.
And Reverend Sandberg and other local pastors associated with his group were petitioning the local legislature to adopt a proposed ordinance regulating the behavior of patrons and employees of strip clubs and other sexually oriented businesses in St. Helena Parish.
S0, that’s how this all started. The owner of the strip club didn’t like the fact that a group of pastors were asking the legislature and the local ordinance body to pass laws that regulated this behavior at these sexually oriented businesses.
