What Are the Limits of America’s Tolerance?
The rumors are swirling about Hillary and Bill, yet the FBI isn’t going to bring charges against her.
If we thought justice was imminent, we may need to scale back our expectations. Or wait for the Lord, who told us, “Vengeance is mine.”
Yet it’s obvious as this election winds to a close that tolerance is killing our country. And my fear is that we have not seen the depths to which it can sink.
Oh, it’s not that intolerance has been abolished– in fact, it’s growing and thriving. But what makes many Americans indignant is tragically misplaced.
America needs to recapture virtue and reject immorality. But if Virtue were a person, the nation’s electorate might well be chanting, “Crucify Him!”
The blogosphere is rippling with anonymous sources detailing the criminal actions of Hillary and Bill Clinton. It’s not enough for us to learn that she has apparently been treasonously reckless with national security issues, lied repeatedly, perjured herself and obstructed justice.
And it’s not enough that their Clinton Foundation– and this couple, personally– acquired millions of dollars from oppressive foreign regimes in apparent exchange for access to top American officials while she was secretary of state.
But horrifically, there are reports that there may be more. Was Hillary a visitor to the Caribbean “Orgy Island” where children and teens were reportedly sexually involved with Jeffrey Epstein and his predatory VIP guests? How many visits did she make? What about Bill?
And is there evidence that the Clintons have been involved in the sex trafficking of minors? And if these rumors are true, will these children ever see justice done?
Even if these new speculations are unsubstantiated, what we already know is shocking enough. People should be outraged and demand that indictments be brought against Hillary for her breach of national security protocols and deliberate recklessness.
Will indictments ever be brought, or will a massive cover-up occur originating at the highest offices in our land?
I got to thinking. Let’s just say theoretically that something like this is unfolding, with charges of sex crimes involving children brought against Hillary and Bill. What do you predict would be the reaction of the roughly 50 percent of voters who supported Hillary Clinton for president?
Collective outrage might happen. Or it might not. And that is truly frightening.
How much would these voters tolerate?
After all, many of these millions of Americans already understand that Hillary has been a faithful supporter of abortion– even late-term, partial-birth abortion– and still, they have backed her.
Many of them understand that she has been a champion of the rights of males to engage in sodomy and call this “marriage.” Quite a few also know that she completely supports Barack Obama’s illegitimate application of Title IX law to allow girls to enter boys’ restrooms, locker rooms and showers – or boys to invade those of girls – and that such violations of privacy are now mandated in all U.S. schools.
Lawless, wicked immorality is not simply tolerated by Hillary – she has defended and advocated it.
Sanctuary cities, where U.S. immigration laws are proudly ignored, are cheered by Hillary.
Given the masses who apparently are her acolytes, regardless of the election outcome, America has a real problem.
Many in our nation have lost their minds, hearts and are willing to sell their souls in order to keep endorsing sin.
That is, of course, what this is all about. Recall the words of Paul in 2 Thessalonians 2:9-12: “The coming of the lawless one is according to the working of Satan, with all power, signs, and lying wonders, and with all unrighteous deception among those who perish, because they did not receive the love of the truth, that they might be saved. And for this reason God will send them strong delusion, that they should believe the lie, that they all may be condemned who did not believe the truth but had pleasure in unrighteousness.”
It’s not that this election is necessarily revealing the actual “lawless one” referred to here – but our nation is getting prepared by Satan to perhaps do so.
Too many of us refuse to believe the truth because we have pleasure in sin. Even if we are not committing the late-term abortions, the fornication, adultery and sodomy, but are endorsing or enabling these actions, that, too, is a grave sin.
Yet such endorsement of sin forms much of the platform of the Democratic Party.
So think about children. Even if top leaders in our country are not sexual predators, our children have been targets of the left for sexual corruption ideologically if not physically. Why else is there such an accelerated demand for explicit sex education in schools at younger and younger ages? Why do so many adult activists take pleasure in pushing these programs, lobbying for their funding, combating concerned parents?
Why do some adults focus on what 12-year-olds do in the bathroom? Or making sure boys can wear skirts and makeup? Or start getting estrogen shots by age 15?
Why is the U.S. Supreme Court spending time on such wickedness? The high court just agreed to hear the appeal of the 4th Circuit case G.G. v. Gloucester County School Board, involving a girl who wants to use the male restroom.
My fear is that, should any sexual crimes against children be revealed on the part of the Clintons or any other major political figures, that while many of us will scream for their scalps, we will see an astonishing segment who will not be horrified but stand by these scumbags.
And that will be the most discouraging thing of all.
Let’s pray for Americans to weep for children who are harmed, for the hearts of fathers and mothers to turn back to their children and not to find excuses for their violators.
Without children, there is no future. And God’s judgment is waiting at the gates.
