Chief Justice Roy Moore responds to the request by the acting Judge, or Justice, to remove all of his personal effects from his office.
Mat Staver: As you know, on Faith and Freedom we talked about, and if you receive our regular Liberty Alert and Press Releases, Chief Justice Roy Moore was told by Lyn Stuart, who was the most senior justice, acting the role of a chief justice, even though she wasn’t elected to that position. She sent him two letters saying that he had to remove all of the personal effects from his office. Remove his desk, all the things that are in there. I’ve been in his office at the Alabama Supreme Court. It has, just like a regular office it has desk. It has furniture. It has in this case a grandfather clock. It has other kinds of memorabilia and so forth that’s there. Even though the case is pending, the case is not over, it’s not a done deal.
