Education and Privacy Should Not Be Mutually Exclusive
(1 min Audio Report – Freedom’s Call)
Education and privacy should not be mutually exclusive.
Liberty Counsel is asking the Virginia Supreme Court to get involved in the Fairfax County issue.
A district court mistakenly claimed that a male student who was forced to share his school’s bathroom with a girl was not harmed.
The situation was created when the Fairfax School Board blatantly disregarded state law that prohibits a lower government from changing the state’s non-discrimination policy.
This subjected all public school students to unconstitutional violations of their right to education and privacy.
