So-called ‘bathroom bill’ put women at risk and defy common sense. Liberty Counsel has been involved in about twenty-plus states on this and other issues protecting religious freedom.
Mat Staver: Holly, let’s got to you first because, as a woman, when we put ourselves into the real situation of these so-called bathroom bills, bills that would essentially say that a man can enter a women’s, not only restroom but locker room and shower room, as a woman, what’s your perspective on that and give us your response to these so-called bathroom bills.
Holly Meade: You know, obviously as a woman, for myself or a daughter, something like that, it would be horrifying. To come in and have a bathroom and to see that there’s men there…particularly those who are transgendered, very confused. But in researching of this, I go back to 2012. Clay Scott Francis. The 45-year-old cross-dressing man who exposed himself several times to young girls — not just college girls — but also young minor girls who were on swim teams.
