New Law Protects Americans by Restoring Clarity in Gender Confusion
(1 min Audio Report – Freedom’s Call)
In today’s state of confusion, we are grateful for a new law restoring gender clarity and protecting pastors, government employees, and businesses in Mississippi.
The Religious Liberty Accommodations Act prevents the state from discriminating against those who uphold the belief that marriage is between one man and one woman.
This law protects people who refer to someone by biological gender. This includes safeguards for marriage-related business, adoption agencies, and churches.
It allows business to maintain private facilities like restrooms and lockers, and employee dress codes.
And this law protects the right of conscience of state employees, clerks, and others so they’re not forced to perform marriages or issue licenses for same-sex ceremonies.
