A Pennsylvania City Faces Lawsuit for Discrimination
(1 min Audio Report – Freedom’s Call)
A Pennsylvania city faces a lawsuit for discriminating against pro-life sidewalk counselors.
The city of Harrisburg created an unconstitutional ordinance establishing buffer zones on public property 20 feet away from abortion clinic entrances.
This pushes sidewalk counselors 50-70 feet away and restrains their freedom of speech.
At the same time, the ordinance allows pro-abortion to enter and freely speak inside these buffer zones.
Liberty Counsel’s clients have been harassed and intimidated by clinic employees and the police since the ordinance passed.
The city cannot muzzle one view regarding abortion and allow another. This is unconstitutional.
