Ohio Board Discards Religious Freedom for Judges

Ohio’s Board of Professional for Conduct of judges issued an outlandish opinion claiming that every judge should be forced to perform same sex marriage ceremonies.

It goes so far as to claim that even declining to officiate all marriages for the purpose of avoiding participation in the same sex marriage, would require a judge’s disqualification because it could be interpreted as a bias.

The board is attempting to obliterate our Bill of Rights in preference of avoiding one possible interpretation of actions.

But it does not stop there…
