Mississippi Voters Supported School Choice

(1 min Audio Report – Freedom’s Call)

The primary election night in Mississippi brought about the defeat of four Republican incumbents who opposed school choice options, and nine supportive candidates were victorious.

A local and national partnership of pacs, enabled a grading system of current representatives’ positions on school choice. Then they used that to target or support candidates their grade and position statements.

The PAC got involved with 18 races with positive outcomes in 13 races, and two of their candidates facing runoff elections.

Even candidates who support and use their local public school system are advocating for additional school vouchers and charter schools to broaden the choice of parents to serve the needs of their children and encourage each school’s development.
