A Kentucky county clerk was sued by the ACLU for refusing to issue same sex marriage licenses after the Supreme Court opinion of five lawyers. Casey Davis cannot issue marriage licenses to same sex couples because it would violate her deeply held Christian beliefs.
This case is not about couples, who can be married through other means, but is about crushing dissent and removing Christians from office.
