Pain-Capable Vote

(1 min Audio Report – Faith2Action)

There was an arrest. Now there is a vote.

The Pain-Capable Unborn Child Protection Act is scheduled for a vote this week in Congress.

The vote was on an indefinite hold until March 25th, when eight pro-life leaders were arrested outside House Speaker John Boehner’s office while protesting the delay of a promised vote.

Troy Newman, of Operation Rescue, was one of the leaders who was arrested. He said,
“We were obligated by conscience to speak out and urge an immediate vote, even when it meant going to jail.”

And now, the vote is scheduled.

Call your member of Congress and ask them to vote for the Pain-Capable Unborn Child Protection Act at: 202-224-3121, that’s 202-224-3121.
