Praise God! Texas Down From 40 to 7 Abortion Mills
(1 min Audio Report – Faith2Action)
From 40 to Seven.
Two years ago Texas had forty abortion facilities. Now, thanks to a Federal Appeals Court ruling upholding their law requiring hospital-admitting privileges, Texas is down to seven abortion mills.
How can having hospital-admitting privileges possibly hurt women? Ask Wendy Davis, who’s running for governor after her 13-hour filibuster to try and block the common-sense law in the Texas legislature
But Attorney General Greg Abbot, who is also running for Governor of Texas, defended the law in court. His spokesman said, “This decision is a vindication of the careful deliberation by the Texas Legislature to craft a law to protect the health and safety of Texas women.”
Congratulations Texas. Thirty-three down, seven more to go.
