By Rebekah MaxwellBarbWire guest contributor

Since our “constitutional scholar” of a president can’t seem to understand the basic workings of governance, has often suggested Barack Obama watch the iconic School House Rock cartoon, “I’m Just a Bill.”

His latest usurpation of the legal system is so blatant, even Saturday Night Live took note. And they wrote a new version of the song to capture Obama’s extra-legal approach…in which Obama pushes “Bill” down the capitol steps.

After shoving “Bill” down the steps, which he does on three separate occasions, Obama explains “there’s actually an even easier way to get things done around here,” before introducing “Executive Order.”
