That group “gives me an icky feeling.”

That’s an excerpt from an IRS employee’s email concerning a conservative group that had applied for nonprofit status with the IRS. If you’re a conservative, Tea Party supporter, or a Christian, not only has the IRS held up approval of groups who believe like you, but IRS employees think you’re “icky.”

A new House Oversight Committee report released from Chairman Darrell Issa reveals more evidence that IRS employees were biased against conservatives.

While the investigation is still on-going, the IRS claims they are not asking improper questions like what Christian groups “pray about,” yet conservatives continue to await approval for applications submitted four or five years ago.

I think that’s “icky.”
