Two Major Victories in High Courts in the Battle Against the Radical LGBT Agenda

Faith and Freedom with Liberty Counsel’s Roger Gannam and Founder Matt Barber… An 11-minute weekday radio program discussing hot topics in the area of religious liberty, the sanctity of human life and the family.

Two major victories in high courts in the battle against the radical LGBT agenda! One in the Arkansas Supreme Court and another in the Supreme Court of the United States. We’re going talk about these cases today on Faith and Freedom. I’m Matt Barber, founder of Joining me again is Roger Gannam who is the Assistant Vice President of Legal Affairs for Liberty Counsel.

Matt Barber: Let’s down these cases Roger. Very recently, last month, in Little Rock, Arkansas, the Supreme Court struck down a city’s ordinance that unlawfully added sexual orientation and gender identity. And in this unanimous ruling the court the city of Fayetteville violated state law by adding these two categories when the state did not include them. Can you give us kind of a run down in the holding in this case and what led up to the Arkansas Supreme Court slapping down these radical activists who infiltrated the Fayetteville government?

Roger Gannam: Sure Matt, be glad to. the Fayetteville ordinance, like we’re seeing in some other places around the country, went farther than Arkansas state law allows…
