It’s Christmas in November! The election has changed everything! Hillary Rodham Clinton will not be the 45th president, Donald J. Trump will be. And in less than 60 days, that’s right, less than 60 days, just a little more than a month and a half away, President Barack Obama will leave office. And America, we have the opportunity to regain some of the values and some of the freedom that this previous president — or soon to be previous president — has taken from most Americans.
Mat Staver: Matt, it’s hard to believe. I just returned from a meeting in Washington, D.C., with conservative leaders and philanthropists and nonprofit organizational heads, and everyone was so excited about the possibilities of this next administration. Because unlike, for example George W. Bush, George H.W. Bush, those individuals gathered around themselves old-guard, party establishment people.
And so they talked conservative politics, but when they started to put people around them, they ultimately reached out to the old-guard and so nothing really changed. And so people couldn’t tell a significant difference, oftentimes, between a Democrat and a Republican. Now, with this new administration…
